Where is the clinic located?

The Greater Moncton Emergency Dental Clinic is located at Jones Lake Dental, at 1616A Main Street, Moncton, NB.  Although they share a location, the emergency clinic and Jones Lake Dental are separate and distinct entities.

How long will I have to wait?

After you arrive in our waiting room and sign in, you will be seen as quickly as possible;  this will depend on how many patients show up on any given day, and the nature of the treatments required for each patient.  Expect between 15 minutes and 2 hours wait.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No.  This is a walk-in after-hours clinic, please check the website for the next day/hours open.

What are your hours of operation?

The hours will vary week to week, month to month.  It is important to check this website for  the open hours BEFORE coming to the clinic. This clinic is a pilot project, hours will increase or decrease depending on demand for the service.

Dr. Matt Bradshaw, owner of Jones Lake Dental.

What types of emergencies do you treat?

We will treat dental trauma (accidents), dental infections, toothaches, broken teeth or fillings, cavities (tooth decay), lost fillings or crowns.

How much will it cost?

All patients will first have an examination + any necessary X-rays , to determine the necessary treatment; this will cost $150.   Cost of the subsequent treatment will vary based on the type of treatment needed. After you  give consent for treatment, we take payment, then complete the treatment. No treatment will be provided without your consent, or without up front payment.

Do you take insurance?

We cannot direct bill insurance, WhiteCard, nor CDCP.  Payment must be made by debit or credit, but we will provide the paperwork needed for you to submit to your insurance provider for available reimbursement.
